Fairway Village resident, George McGough,
mayor of Largo, worked with other residents
for five years, 1979-1984, to get a traffic light
for Fairway Blvd. @ Belcher Rd.
A reclaimed water line was added to the park in 1987,
thanks to the efforts of Fairway's leaders:
